Our signature creation! Invented in this very barbershop by our resident barsmith, we put a new twist on the classic caesar by using Forty Creek Barrel Select rye whiskey and infusing it in rich hickory wood smoke. Once you have one, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it
It may be old school but it's never out of fashion! We make it the way that it is meant to be using 2 oz of Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon, a bitters soaked sugar cube, a cherry and an orange twist. It's served over an oversized rock and then infused with sweet cherrywood smoke. You may have had an old fashioned before, but this one will be better
A 1920's classic that deserves more recognition. We use Bulliet Bourbon Frontier Whiskey, Sweet Italian Vermouth and Campari for a drink that starts sweet and finishes bitter. Perhaps a more accurate name for it should have been "The Ex-Girlfriend".
An 1800's classic that keeps getting better! It consists of 2 oz Bearface 7 Year Rye Whiskey, Sweet Italian Vermouth and bitters. It's served chilled with a maraschino cherry and infused with sweet applewood smoke.
If you're feeling tropical, nothing beats a Caipirinha. Muddled limes, 2 oz if Cachaca and sugar will make you feel like your sitting on a Brazillian beach. Brazillians not included.
This could be your new favorite drink! We make it with 2 oz of Maker's Mark Handmade Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, pure maple syrup, muddled oranges and a hint of bacon. Now part of this complete breakfast!
You can't go wrong with a classic! Lost River Distillery vodka, dry vermouth and olives come together for a this favorite. Stirred, not shaken, the way that it's meant to be.
